Media Access

If you choose to upload images (e.g., venue photos), Giggy may request access to your camera or photo library. You can revoke this permission at any time.

How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Application
• To authenticate users via Sign in with Apple
• To display your personal gig data (e.g., venue, date, income)
• To improve the user experience and app performance
• To communicate with you regarding updates or issues

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.

Data Storage and Retention

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, our backend service provider. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

Note Guesser does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The Application does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not communicate with any external servers.

The only data stored by the Application is your best streak (high score), which is saved locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Usage Data

We do not collect usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other telemetry from the Application.

How We Use Your Data

Because no personal data is collected, there is no data to use, share, or sell. We do not share any information with advertisers, third parties, or anyone else.

Data Storage and Retention

All data (your high score) is stored exclusively on your device. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Children's Privacy

Note Guesser does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Application or on the App Store listing. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
